I'm 5'8" and about 138lbs.
I've just got a "tire" around my hips, and am basically skinny everywhere else.
I've got pretty bad asthma so I can't run much, inhaler or not. I've gone on jogs with my brother (who is very athletic & is a good support), I've done sit-ups... I've even done heavy duty dieting. I lose weight everywhere but my hips, which are big as it is. Haha.
Are there any secrets or good tips out there to lose love handles?
