I do use a tracker on my phone to make sure that I am on track for calories and protein and what not. I run 3-5 miles a day and do cross training so I am changing it up alot. I am going to see my Doctor at the end of July and demand every test!

I am trying this Shake thing my friends mom told me about
you take half a Chayote and a slice of Pinapple and blend it with water and ice.
YOu drink it every morning before you eat anything and eat as normal through the day.
she lost 90 pounds by doing this eating right and exercising.
