I'm 6'1'' 320 pounds. want to get in shape, but dont see myself having any success with standard 'diets'. instead I just want to educate myself on proper nutrution/health and start living differently.
can anyone reccomend reading material?

I haven't gotten my hands on back to eden yet, but last night i read a book called "body-for-life". it's about a certain weight-loss/muscle building plan, but there's knowledge to soak up outside of this one plan. worth the read for anyone stumbling across this thread.
