Trying to lose 2 stone

Hi I have just joined this site and I am looking for inspiration, I am 4,11" and weighing in at 11 stone on 23 July 09, since then I have been watching what I eat although I have to have something naughty not every day but I cant completely cut it out, since Thurs I have been Gym THURS, FRI, SUN (& Swim), Mon & today I will be doing an aqua aerobics class, I do have knee and ankle problems from horse riding, but I have been doing 300 kcals on the treadmill and that takes 30 mins to do, I had a baby a year ago and I am desperately trying to lose my tummy so any ideas or improvemtents to what I am doing would be appreciated ( I am slowly building up time on treadmill as too much too soon is going to play ankle up), my calorie intake is about 1400- 1500 a day.
