weight loss

Ok, i was working out for about an hour a day for about 3months and i was doinf the low carb diet. I did lose weight, but then I started to get lazy and now i only run maybe 3-4 times a week and im no longer trying the low carb diet but im still losing weight.. How can I be eating carbs and only run about 3-4 times a week and still be loseing weight??

Removing carbs from your diet just does not allow your body to use calories from the food you eat forcing it to consume fat stores.

You can still lose weight eating other foods as long as you are using more calories than you are consuming.

Running 3-4 times a week is much better than sitting around all the time :P
