Question ok so i am on meal replacement shakes

I wonder is it still safe to take multivitamins and supplements with meal replacement shakes? I understand the shakes give us vitamins as it is? How do we know we are being safe?

Re: ok so i am on meal replacement shakes

You probably won't need any other vitamins if your shake is providing vitamins. Check the labels of each and see if there is anything your shake does NOT provide that you want to take. You'll also want to see how high a dose is acceptable for each vitamin listed. Some vitamins are okay in high amounts and other ones may not be. As long as you review those labels, you can determine if you actually need a vitamin or not.
