I haven't found anything that made a big difference, but I HAVE found it helpful to drink green tea (not a sugary version though). I find that the caffeine gives me a little bit of an energy and metabolism boost and it really helps me prevent bloating and prevents excess water weight. I also like to stay very well hydrated by drinking a full glass of water (or even the green tea) before meals, which can help you feel full faster. I've heard that Alli works, but if you eat anything fried, oily, or greasy, you will have terrible side effects. I eat a very healthy diet, but I'll have a treat occasionally, so I definitely won't be trying Alli. I've heard that it's a great way to keep unhealthy temptations away though. For me, also cutting back on salty foods, sugary foods (other than fruit), and processed foods has helped.
