weight plan

If I'm overweight I assume no calorie deficit exists. So I plan to loose weight as follows - is my formula missing anything?

According to online calculators: at 172 lbs and 5' 7", I plan to create a calorie deficit of 750 calories daily (thru exercise and diet), to loose 20 lbs in about 3 months.
