Hi, I'm 20 pounds overweight and know what I have to do to lose weight...eat less and exercise more! I'm looking for someone or many someones to talk to through out the day to help keep me honest. Is there anyone out there wanting to help each other. Please.
Hi welcome! I very much like to help you. Like you I’ve found a lot of frustration at first, but then a friend recommended me to some hypnosis and relaxation CDs which I have used in the last week and already have noticed I’m losing weight of my midriff and thighs without even trying. They’re helping me to control my eating habits, I’m feeling very excited. I’m finding it was really helpful and informative.

Hi, I'm new to this forum as well, but like you am looking for some support while I try and lose some weight. I've got around 48lbs to lose, lots more that you, but think that talking to people in a similar boat could be helpful.
I'm still at the "need to get my head sorted" stage, so am not intending to start my healthy eating tilll after my holidays ie 21st Sept. Not sure if setting a date is a good idea?!
Anyway hope to hear how you're going?!
