I just discovered your post. It's been about 2 weeks now? Did you lose the weight?
The problem with fast weight loss in the beginning is that it might be mostly water weight and some of it might be muscle. The trick is to lose the fat and keep the muscle and perhaps even gain new muscle. That means you need both a good exercise regimen and healthy diet working together for the best results.
