Re: targeting the moobs
Unfortunately, our genetics determine how and where we gain or lose fat. No amount of targeting will change that. However, exercise, including weight bearing and aerobic exercises will lower your body fat overall, thus decreasing your "moobs". If your exercises include working on your chest, such as chest presses, flyes, crossovers, etc. your chest will eventually increase while your "moobs" continue to decrease. Have you ever noticed how serious female body builders have very small breasts (unless they get implants)? It's because breast tissue (true for men too) is made up mostly of fat. If you lose the fat, you lose the breasts.
