My recipe to stop snacking so much.
I am 22 years old. 5'7 and 120 lbs. I had a terrible problem with snacking all the time and eating the wrong foods. My mother turned me on to a shake that keeps me from constantly wandering around the kitchen and peering into the cupboards and refrigerator for something new to snack on. Here it is. (now you may think that this is going to be gross because of the vegetables in it but you can taste nothing but the fruit I swear it.)
What you need:
1.5 cups baby spinach leaves
about six frozen medium size strawberries
1/8 cup frozen blueberries
5 cherry tomatoes
5 baby carrots
2 oz acai juice
2 oz pomegranate juice
Put all of these ingredients into a blender or juicer (a juicer works best) and blend. You'll end up with a sort of smoothie. AGAIN YOU CANNOT TASTE ANY OF THE VEGGIES! And I feel that you should have a serving of each of these things each and every day, so if you don't like vegetables this is perfect for you! I hope that someone gets the benefits from this shake that I've had!
