| chewing gum and weight loss/gain
Has chewing gum bad influence on the weight loss?
Although chewing gum are "sugar free" they are full of artificial sweeteners such as : manitol, aspartam, acesulfam...
and therefore containing carbohydrates (about 60%).
When a person takes a chewing gum, inuslin is secreted... and then effects the anabolic environment and its automatic set to "fat packaging mode". Am I wright?
So does high use of chewing gums (about 20 or more peaces a day) take any effect on the weight loss/gain ?
(or effect on any other thing like digestive tract etc? )
