my mother's friend heard about a diet where you only eat breakfast except for on the weekends. and you drink 8 glasses a day. she has already lost close to 40 lbs. in about 2 months. I'm not sure how healthy it is but I've now heard of two people losing alot of weight in a short amount of time by doing this.
oh oops yeah lol, 8 glasses of water. people that I have talked to about this say that yeah you may lose weight fast, but you probably won't keep it off. I don't see how that's true! I mean if I was to lose all the weight that I wanted off, i would do everything in my power to not gain it back! maybe that's just me though.
