I'm sorry I am adding on to all the Xenadrine posts, but is it a supplement that you buy over the counter, or does a doctor have to prescribe it? Is it safe for a 14/15 year old? (I'm talking about the Ephedrine free one.)
I think I need a little bit of chemical help to suppres my appetite. I'm always hungry...
I have been taking xenadrine for 2 1/2 weeks now. You can buy it over the counter. You don't need a doctors perscription, however, I would get a doctors advice for someone under 18. How is it working for you so far? Xenadrine does not suppress your appetite, not really anyway. I still get hungry every 4 hours.
It suppressed my appetite. I've only been taking it for 3 days, but it gives me energy and I seem to eat very little. I am 16 years old, and I had my brother who is over 18 go buy it for me at Walmart. They had alot on stock.
I would NOT recommend this pill for someone of your age. If you insist on taking this product PLEASE do the following:
1. Tell your parents - this is a drug it is not all
natural!!
2. Take the new formula that omits the harmful
Ma Huang. People have DIED taking this product and
don't think losing weight is more important than
being ALIVE!!!
3. If you are able to see a doctor - ask them what you
can do. They can give you a list of things you can
do or some menu options. You are still growing and
this is an important time for your body to have all
the nutrients needed to develop properly.
He is talking about the ephedrine free Xenadrine, and so am I. There's no way I would take the one with the ephedrine in it, I'm not willing to take a risk with my health. Xenadrine EFX works just fine for me. <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">
