I've read all the posts on the Firm Videos, but I haven't seen any updates on the people using them. Can anyone let me know how you like them, and if they are effective? Also, can you let me know how you like the fanny lifter. Can you use a regular step with the tapes also? I'm considering buying the set, but am not sure if the fanny lifter can work with regular step tapes. Any information would be very helpful! Thank you!
I just ordered the Firm Video Set with the Fanny Lifter and I absolutetely LOVE it! The only disadvantage is that it takes FOREVER to get here. It took about 6 weeks. I normally do Taebo but was wanting a change. The Firm Videos work you out just as hard as Taebo. As for using the fanny lifter with step aerobics, you could if you took it apart. It comes in two pieces that are placed on top of each other. I have done the workout twice already and my rear end and legs are so sore. I'll keep you posted.

Wow that is a long time. I wonder why it takes them so long. Well, my Mom is the one who told me about them. She saw an infomercial about the Firm Set, and said it looked like it would really work. I haven't seen it yet, that is why I don't exactly know how the fanny lifter works. I saw a picture of it on The Firm's website, but it looks so small. Do they use it as a step, or do you sit on it? The fanny lifter comes in two pieces that fit on top of each other. It is kind of like having two different steps. They take it apart and use it in the videos for step aerobics. They also use both pieces together (on top of each other) to work the thighs and butt. It does look small but it isn't that small when you actually get it. I would definetly recommend getting the videos.

I ordered the FIRM tapes on Mother's Day and still have not received them. They said it would be slightly over $100 as there are vitamins included, though I declined all the special orders they wanted to tack on to the basic order. Then I went on the website and noticed their prices seemed to be cheaper. Now you are saying the site is also faster. Sorry I ordered from the info commercial over the phone but still waiting on the tapes to see what they offer on the site as compared to what I receive.

I got the firm videos about 2 months ago. And yes, it took forever for them to arrive, but they are worth it. I love the way the workouts run. The first 10 sessions, I did feel different. However, Ive stopped losing weight, so now Im altering my diet to include more protein, fruits and veggies. I definitely feel stronger, but think I may look bigger because I still have a layer of fat over my new muscles. I try and use them at least 3 times a week with cardio on the off days.
