how much of a difference would it make if i quit drinking mountain dew(i have 5 a day),no mayo,no butter,etc...will cutting out these "small " things make a difference

seriously,
i've heard it really helps to cut out caffine. (one less thing for the body to use for energy other than the dreaded extra weight)

i am too stuck on the dew to try it myself. diet dew.

Personally I think that helped me a lot when i started dieting and exersizing but i couldnt really tell because i was working out too. My friend lost 20 pounds in 2 months by just cutting out pop though, good luck!

Those "little" things can help you easily lose a pound a week.

A mountain dew contains 200 calories, right? I assume you are talking about 12 oz. cans. Well, that equals 1000 calories per day. In one week, that will equal two pounds.

So, yes, cut those things out -- they are nothing but empty calories and fats.
