Wes20:
Just do a quick search on Google on "body fat calculators.

Now, I'm not claiming how accurate any of them are, and they're just a few I took a quick look at. Seeing as their online and free, they may not be totally accurate, but it will at least give you some idea. And I saw at least one said what our 'ideal' weight 'should' be. It seemed pretty realistic, but remember, these are just suggestions too. It said for me, being 5ft4 and female I should be around 128lbs...which, actually, I agree with
Anyway...sorry for making this so long, and good luck

Re: Help! Bodyfat Percentage?????????????

I just checked out those websites...and they were all about the same.

There was only one that said I was a little underweight.

Sinnrah

But needless to say they were really cool

Re: Help! Bodyfat Percentage?????????????

Yeah they're all good. Thanks. A little confusing though since some gave different answers.
