Hi I am on the Weight watchers diet and I do the The Firm Body Sculpting system and Leslies sansone walk away the pounds.. I was wondering if anyone does the same diet or the same exercise.. of if anyone has a suggestion of exercise type. id really like to open up my options. Thanks Shae
