Alpha lipoic Acid
I read somewhere on a medical site that this will throw you into kitosis ( take 900mg. of Alpha lipoic acid each day for a week--300 for breakfast, same for lunch and supper ). Being a low carb fan--I tried it and 900mg. a day did the job--I was surprised. I always have had a hard time getting those test strips to tell me anything--but not any more--brought me out of a 2 month standstill of getting the pounds moving off me once again. Anyone out there understand this or have you tried this?
