Is this ok?
If I eat 3 meals of around 250 calories and one snack of about 100 calories, and then have around four drinks at night, will my metabolism be slowed more than someone consuming 1200 calories through food? Will it be slowed a lot? Oh, and I never go more than 5 hours without food, usually four though. Thanks for your help <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">
