i am starting a low-carb diet! (not the atkins) im just going to not fill up on pasta, bread, potatoes, rice, soda, etc! But I cant seem to find anything that I can snack on during the day! Any suggestions. I am sick of eggs, and meat. any other ideas?
I do low carbing too. And at first I was the same way. I could not find anything that I could eat...but you can buy sugar free jello and eat that..strawberries are low carb....and even snack on some raw veggies.
