Help!! Gaining weight...but Im working out 24/7!

For the past two weeks I have been working out at least every other day....buring sometimes up to 700 calories per day. Yet I have GAINED one lb.......what am I doing wrong? My diet has changed a bit in that I am not eating carbs at night and limiting fattening foods altogether.....Id really like some advice :-)

you're probably gaining muscle, not fat. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Are you LOOKING slimmer? I think that it doesn't matter what your weight number is, it's how you look. Am I right? Besides, sometimes exercise just isn't enough. Try changing you diet to something simpler, too. But don't stop working out just because you try something new. Tell me if it works!

I dont think I look any slimmer..... ive only lost .25 inches off my waist and hips...and after two weeks...that doesnt seem right. when i look in the mirror all i see are my fat inner thighs and flabby thighs. im almost to the point of asking about liposuction.

ya, I went through that I need to lose weight but nothing seems to happen and now I am considering Lipo.. but it's just so expensive! And healing time is pretty long... but it's good if I get lipo, because my body can handle it better because I am not obese and i am young...

Hey there.. Has anyone tried weight watchers and the firm body sculpting tapes.. Those two are a winning combo.. for the flappy thights and big hips.. the firm tapes will tighten those up for you real quick.. and weight watchers will help you keep a balanced good healthy diet.. dont work out so much.. take it slow and just do what you think you can handle. i work out everyday but in little intrevals.. i try not to over do it. and yes muscle does weigh more than fat.. so be careful too much weight lefting can make you bulky and look even heavier..

i found that the thin thighs guaranteed tape is good. so are the rest of the tapes(great abs, great buns, great arms) they all really worked. they helped me lose weight and firm up.
