Is Yoga beneficial to weight loss? If anyone has done Yoga and got good results, please post, I'd like to hear about it.
Are there any special tapes you'd recommend? I don't think I'd need a beginners tape; I am very flexible and I used to be a competing gymnast until I started to gain weight.
Not too girly, unless you think Spider-Man is girly. It makes you very balanced and limber and strong, but there are lots better exercises for weight loss. Running is #1 in my opinion. Running + weight training is even better.
