I am currently 245 lb. and 6'2" and I would like to lose 30-45 lbs. with in the next 10 weeks. I was thinking of using slimfast for breakfast and lunch replacements and a very low carb dinner, along with that I plan on taking something like stacker 2 and walking/jogging a couple of miles a day, using an excersice bike about 30 minutues a day, and working out with weights 3-4 times a week for about 30-45 minutes each time. also i have just been put on adderal which i know suppresses apetite, would this not be good to take along with stacker 2?
