Hello Everyone,

My name is Sinnrah and I am 31...married w/ no children. I have been on a personal weight loss journey for 6 months now...and so far I have gotten below my goal weight. I struggle w/ my weight everyday. I take xenadrine...but only half the dose. And it helps me with my appetite. I am doing very lo carb dieting right now. And so far I am doing alright on it. But I am trying to get off the diet pills because I have already reached my goal.

I am just afraid of gaining the weight back...it is scary for me to even think that. It was so hard to lose. I dont want to be that heavy again. I am very short so any extra weight looks really bad.

Um...I dont really know what else to tell you all about myself...other than please dont slam me for taking Xenadrine.

I have read the post about it and i did stick up for it. But that is only my opinion....ok?

Now I am dealing with loose skin from the weight loss and dont have the money to fix it.....any suggestions?

Sinnrah

Re: Newbie

Hello Andrea,

Thank you very much. I am still very much in need of support. I would not have been able to do this weight loss journey if it would not have been for my husband being so supportive. And he suggested that I look online for a group of people for support. So I did and this is where I am. <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif">

Thanks for the congrats.

Re: Newbie

Hi sinnrah and welcome to the board. Congratulations on your loss. If you don't mind me asking how much weight you lost with the help of xenadrine? I also use xenadrine but just in the morning to supress my appetite and this seems to work for the day. I only take one capsule a day. I also go to a support gruop for weight loss once a week. I have 50lbs to lose and some days find it very difficult. Good luck to you!

Re: Newbie

congratulations!!!!!
I feel very happy for you don't get discourage, and keeping the weight off is even harder than losing it, I have lost weight two times already and gained all back again and some more, it really makes me depress, don't do this is the worst feeling,
I just started a diet again taking the Xenadrine, I too only take one in the morning that as all I need, I hope this time I make it and don't ever gained back.
Oh yea and about your skin it takes quite some time to adjust but if you exercise you are on the right track

Re: Newbie

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for the warm welcome. I lost 50+ lbs on Xenadrine. I never took the full dosage. I only took one or two a day. And I started this dieting thing in December. But not getting discouraged is really hard for me..but so far so good. I just hope I can stop taking the Xenadrine....do not need to lose anymore weight....i weigh the least I have since High School.
