Time and Exercise...
I have posted this twice in the exercise forums but NO ONE has given me helpful replies. Maybe I'll have better luck here.
Between Tae-Bo and the treadmill, what would be a more intense and beneficial workout?
When I usually do the treadmill I walk about 3-5 mph, and run every now and then for as long as I can last. I burn about 200-250 calories.
I also have a Tae-Bo Basic 30 minute tape, and the more challenging, 1hr advanced tape.
I'm only 14 (soon to be 15) so I'm wondering: which of the two cardio workouts are more effective?
Also, if I do cardio in the morning, do I have to do it again in the same day? I heard doing it in the morning before you eat is more beneficial.
