I am 18, i'm 5'6", and i weigh 147. I have no history of health problems, niether does my family. I'd ideally like to lose only 20-25 lbs. So a few friends suggested i take Xenadrine; i've read all the side effects, & today is my first day of taking Xenadrine. I'm not keen on taking 4 pills a day being as young as i am, so i'm going to take one pill a day.. even now with just taking my first pill, i can notice that i have tripled my energy-level. But I don't really work out.. the most i do is run a few miles every once in a while. Do i need to have a routine every day of this now? And even on a normal day (no dieting) i drink about 2L of water & eat very healthy... usually. <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif"> Could anybody recommend what i should eat?
also, i would like to lose a reasonable amount of weight by july 21st by doing this. what should i expect?

yup, you should see some weight loss. you've got about a month and although you may not lose 20 lbs, you'll probably lose 10-15. but of course, it affects everyone differently. you sound like you lead a healthy lifestyle. if you did workout, you'd probably lose more. the stuff is pretty potent, weight seemed to drop off of me overnight. people noticed, friends and coworkers. good to start slow, you may be starting too slow though. be careful and monitor closely how you feel while on it.
I know you probably have high expectations, but I only lost 2 lbs in one month (taking 4 pills/day) with the same product. It stinks, but I haven't given up yet. Let me know how it works for you. Good luck!
