losing weight while drinking
I usually have about 4 drinks about 6 days a week, just because I'm on my summer vacation from college and want to have fun. I'm looking to lose about 10-12 pounds within the next 5 weeks. Is this possible with the drinking that I am doing? Also, I've heard that it's unhealthy to go below 1200 calories a day because it slows the metabolism. Well, if I have 1000 calories of actual food, can I consume the other 200 through alcohol?
