If you are a member at a fitness club, see if they have any type of abdominal classes that they offer. They usually last about 15-30 minutes but will work every single muscle in your stomach (abs, obliques, etc) and boy does it hurt!! The 24 hour fitness club I go to offers it once a week for 30 minutes, while the local YMCA offers it twice a week for 15 minutes.
If you can't find any or none are offered, look on the internet for some examples (for me i usually try MensHealth.com) that will show you picture examples of how to do exercises. Usually using the Swiss ball.
Otherwise ask your health club to try and get some interest buzzing about setting up some sort of Abs class that everyone will benefit from. These are the exercises that everyone has the most trouble with and is the hardest to complete and see results.
