hi. what is the best way to lose stomach fat and tighten abs? i'm happy with my weight, but i just want to lose my stomach fat so that i could feel confident wearing a bikini. what is the best way? jogging? sit ups? how often?? any advice would be very helpful. thank you!!
only thing to make the abs presentable is to lose weight. if you have flab, that's fat...lose it and you should be fine. do a good ab workout once a week in coordination with a solid exercise program incorporating cardio and weights and you'll do it.
