Losing weight "quickly" is a sure-fire way to have it come back with more. You need to make lifestyle changes that can work for you. There's lots of exercises that you can do, including aerobic, without being on your feet. You can check with a physical therapist for suggestions. Talk to your doctor about developing a sensible plan of action - otherwise, you're going to end up wanting to lose that same weight all over again.
