The other poster is right - try to cut out butter entirely (as I'm trying to do - I've eaten it about three times in the last week). Pasta is good for lunch, but not so good for last thing at night, but the complex carbohydrates give u energy with few calories. Why don't you look into low-fat pasta sauces, I use one from tescos and is really yummy, as well as being ridiculously low in calories and fat!
good luck, and keep it going. Remember though, to team healthy eating with exercise and not to become too obsessed with dieting, otherwise you'll become anorexic or something, and thats DEFINATELY not healthy!!!!
