Hi everyone! I just started a new weight loss program. I'm 21, and I've been overweight my whole life. I've tried many things that worked temporarily, but this time I really feel like I'm doing it right. I'm seeing a nutritionist and she's awesome! I have about 100-120 pounds to lose, so I'm really in this for the long haul, and I need all the support I can get!
Good luck with the weight loss. It's not always easy...sometimes it seems like it's NEVER easy <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/tongue.gif"> , but just remember if you 'fall off', splurge, 'cheat', whatever you want to call it....there's always tomorrow, so don't beat yourself up for it too badly <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif"> And this is a pretty good place to come. Lots of opinions out here
