i just wanted to let every one know that if you are planning on taking stackers 3 please follow the directions and dont drink alot of caffen and to let you know it gives alot of enegy and has helped me alittle.

How are the ingredients different from Stackers2? Just curious. I haven't seen this one.

Stacker 3 either has chromium picolinate(spelled wrong) or chitosan in it.

It also has ephedra in it so be careful. I lost alot of weight using ephedra products but once I quit(because it is bad for you) I gained half of the weight back.
