I've had great and easy success with Weight Eatchers. I started out at 156 and am now 133. The weight comes off slow but it is the healthy way. A loss of 1-2 lbs a week is what I lost. No food is off limits- you just have to watch portions and fit it into your points for the day. Although eating lots of veggies and fruit is highly recommended. It took me 16 weeks to lose those lbs but I know now how to keep it off. I only have 3 more to get to my goal. Everyone in the meetings seem to be having great results, and it seems the heavier the person, the faster it comes off in the beginning. Definitely try it. It is the easiest lifestyle change(prefer not to call it diet, it's too easy to be a diet :0).) Good luck!
