Hi, I know this is kinda weird, but I was wondering if anyone could help me make up a diet, like what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, and exercises I can do at home for fast inch and weight loss...
If anyone know any fast diets or just ways to get thin, please tell me, this is very urgent!
I can give you what has worked for me, but that doesn't mean it will work for you. What kind of time frame are we looking at? How much time do you have for exercise daily? (super-preferably in the morning--well, at least before breakfast)
