Hi, low carber and low fatter here, lol. I live on meat, anykind, seafood, beef, pork, chicken....... most veggies have alot of carbs,, green beans do not, i cook them in bacon, and use boullion for the spice. Cheese is ok, mayo is ok.. Luncheon meats are ok, yet have sodium nitrite, which they say should not be taken in,,,, although I do. You can, bake, grill, broil, boil, crockpot, etc your meat, i wouldnt advise frying, although if it is done without bad oils its ok, and always drain the fat, or atleast i do. Olive oil is what i use,,,,,,,,hope to have helped you some. <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wave.gif">

Hi--I will try to help also. Chicken salad on pork rinds, egg salad , any kind of meat, Butterball deli turkey has no sugar--so take it , lay it flat, put on some cream cheese, a dab of sugarless peanutbutter, some bacos and roll it up--makes a great snack! Dip those pork rinds into tuna salad--real tasty!. Eggs scrambled with some fried bacon makes a great meal, jello dry whipped with a carton of soft cream cheese is a tasty sweet treat. I freeze sugarless jello and whirl the cubes in the blender and top with real whipped cream in a can. Beef jerky--no sugar kind and vienna sausages are great fast snacks. Chunks of cheese and chunks of cooked turkey and chicken is good when on the road. I hope this helps you out--good luck and happy days are soon to come!
