Question about Xenadrine w/out Ephedra?
I have high blood pressure. Not real high, but it's not normal. So can I take this since it's ephedra free? I'm really limited to what I can take so I was wanting to know if I could. If not, does anyone have any suggestions on what I could take that won't cause me any harm. Like something all natural? I'm already exercising and eating right most of the time. I just need some kind of a boost!

I don't know if you should take it if you have high blood pressure. That would be something to ask your doctor. I saw a commercial for an ephedra free weightloss supplement for people who have blood pressure problems or diabetis. I can't remember the name, but I saw it in the supplement section of Meijer. I'm sure it's in other stores too. Just because it's natural, doesn't mean it's always safe. I wish I could answer your question better.
