I'm on ww and have lost 20 lbs in 3 months. I only have 6 more to go to get to my goal. You eat more on ww than any other thing. I love it!

Re: Anyone try Weight Watchers?

I did weight watchers. You dont have to go to meetings either. You can do it online now. I used their online program because I really didn't want to do the meetings.

Weight Watchers is a great program. Its easy to follow and you do get to EAT a lot. There are many 0-1 point foods (you are only allowed so many points a day depending on your weight and how much you want to lose). The 0 point soup is great, you can eat that when you feel hungry, plus the other numerous foods on the 0-1 point list.

Good luck!

Re: Anyone try Weight Watchers?

Thanks everyone for your input. I joined Monday evening and have lost two pounds. You do get to eat ALOT! I have trouble eating all my points. This is my last shot at losing so I hope it works. Thanks again and I'll be visiting that site now.

Re: Anyone try Weight Watchers?

Weight Watchers is the best thing I've ever done. So far I've lost 30 pounds.. but I would recommend going to the meetings instead of just doing it online, because they're so motivating. Try going to a couple different meeting times and find a leader you really like and stick with them and go every week. I guarantee if you follow the program you WILL lose weight.

Re: Anyone try Weight Watchers?

I agree...Weight Watchers is the best thing that I have ever done. I had never eaten so much in the first week( I ate Chineese food and pizza) and lost 4.5 lbs. I had to stop going because I'm a student and it was expensive. I loved it and I had a great team leader. If you can afford it( the weekly fees and the price of "healty foods") go for it and good luck.

Re: Anyone try Weight Watchers?

I did WW for a while before we moved. I lost almost 25lbs in about 6-7 months. I know there were people there a couple/few months less than me and lost alot more than me. Depends how dedicated you are to it. Some days I just don't have the determination to do it properly I guess <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif"> Haven't been watching my points the last couple months, but...think I'm going to start doing that again. See if I can't get myself motivated without the meetings. Guess I was more motivated with the meetings because I felt the weigh in was almost like a justification..if I did good, great...if I didn't do so good, I'd have to justify it...at least to myself *L*
As for the points...I had a HARD time staying within my points at first...still do sometimes. All I know is that if I go outside my points once in a while, I'm not going to beat myself up about it

Re: Anyone try Weight Watchers?

Ok people, I dropped two pounds this first week of counting points. I did cheat (binge) by eating 6 Krispy Kremes Saturday so I probably coulda-shoulda lost more than that.
