Does anyone have any information on the 30-40-30 diet? It's a balance of protein, carbs, and fat. The Zone diet is based on this model, but I don't want to follow it because of the odd concepts and too low calorie content. I've heard that many athletes have done well with a banlance of 30% protein, 40% carbs, and 30% fat. Does anyone have any experience with this?
