Lost 10 lbs. this month, my goal was to lose 12 but I can't complain! I am doing the low carb thing and I allow myself two whole weekends a month to eat whatever I want. This has been really pretty easy for me to do. I don't feel like I am starving myself like I have on low calorie plans.
I am down to 158 now and would like to see 125 some day. My more immediate goal is to get to 135 by July 31...We'll see!

Hi! I'm new here but I need to lose weight. I am 5'6" and today I weigh 195 and my body fat is 39%. <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif"> I have a cool scale that measures that! I am getting married in October and I already have my dress. Of course I had to order it a size smaller than what I am. I would like to get toned and have some defined muscles (My dress is sleeveless). I don't really have a weight goal...I would like to get my body fat down a few percentage points though.
I was wondering if you do weekly weigh-in's? How does it work?
I just had to comment on the weigh in thing with my personal experience. I have weighed myself before i went to shower and after and i normally gain about a pound after i have showered dont know why but just wanted to add that

Hi! I'm currently on maintenance after trying to loose for 6 months. After a few months i'll start again to try and loose that last 10 -15 pounds I'm staying at 137-138 but sure would like a BUDDY to do this with

I will be happy to be your weight loss buddy. I will weigh in Friday and keep you posted on my progress. Lately I have been taking long walks about 3 times a week. I feel a lot healthier since I have been doing that.
