Hi, I am new to this board, and I have a question about Thermoslim. I have been on this product for two weeks, but I am starting to realize that maybe it was a mistake. I have been doing extensive research on this product, and all I keep hearing about is the danger of taking diet pills that contain ephendrine. It is really starting to scare me, and I would really appreciate any feedback that anyone on this board could give me. I have struggled with weight all my life, and I am really starting to get depressed. Nothing has worked, and I don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help!
Ephedrine shouldn't be taken continually if you do take it... because eventually your body will build up a tolerance to it. What you can do on the other hand is cycle it... 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Still, if all you're looking for is a diet pill to lose weight, but you're unwilling to change your diet or increase your exercise activity, then you're out of luck currently. Maybe in 5-10 years (i would think closer to 10 years) the current genetic research will flower into a proper 'diet pill', but those will be released by proper pharmaceutical companies and not on your latenight informercials.
Thanks for the feedback. I recently started exercising more and eating healthier. A lot of people on this board suggested Xenadrine EFX? (Ephendrine free). Today, I went to Wal-mart and bought some, and I am going to start on it after Memorial day. I'll keep you posted on how I am doing with it. Please feel free to offer me anymore suggestions, and I will do the same.
I think I will go to WalMart and try that one too. I recently gave ULTRALIPOLEAN a try and it didn't work. I tried it so I could have more 'fatty' dinners (Pizza, Italian...) and took the pills according to the directions, but it didn't work at all. I don't recommed it. :-( But I did get most of my money back.:-)
I've had several friends who have used the new Xenadrine, and it has worked very good.
But just for some hope for the product, I'd love it if you did keep it posted.
Best of luck! <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif">
