Can somone help me !

Hey everyone.
I have a problem.
I'm five four and I used to wegh one almost one fifty.
I was overweght,anyways I got depressed for a long period of time and dident eat as much as I used to.
I dropped down to one hundred and twenty pounds.
Now I feel tired ALL THE TIME! I wasent tired when I was fat,but now that I lost the weght I feel tired all the time,and I always have headaces and I never used too.I'm too scared to tell my folks cause I can't drive yet and they would have to take me to the doctor,so I can't ask anyone.Can anyone please help me!

You need to tell someone if you don't think you can talk to your parents try talking to another close relative, or even the parent of a close friend. Sounds like you really should start eating sensibly and most of your tiredness and headaches will probably go away. But you may want to see a doctor just to be sure and tell him/her what you have done.
Really you should try to talk to your parents, give them a chance they may surprise you.
