just wanted to add--You have to accept yourself b4 you can be truely happy--NO weight, or # can make you TRUELY happy!! Trust me, I've been 60 lbs. -to 160 lbs.--and hated myself through out the whole process!! I wasted 13 yrs. to an ED--BUT finally am learning to see the truth now, and live life to it's fullest--it's awesome, and NO wgt., #, ect. can give you the satisfaction in life, until you decide you WANT it bad enough! I'm not saying you can't feel better (physically)--but everyone has a set point, and ONLY your body knows what that is--so the best way to go is eating 5-6 times a day (small snacks) to keep your metabolism burning, and if you need to, your body will drop any x-tra wgt. it doesn't need--but not eating right & over exercising will only put your body into starvation mode, and hang onto everything--so anyways, b4 I start rambling--just wanted to say--look deep inside yourself to see what's really bothering you--work on that to change it--and everything else will fall in place!!
