Hi everyone,
Just new to these boards today and would like to know others opinions on Metabolift( bought it at Target $10.95.
I took this 6 months ago and had "some" weightloss and am now back on it again but it doesn't seem to be working. Am thinking of giving Xenadrine EFX or Hydroxycut a go but am a bit worried about Insomnia?
Has anyone experienced insomnia while taking any of the above?

Yes I experience major insomnia from Xenadrine. I donot recommend anything with ephedrine or Mahuang in it otherwise most don't have a very good sleep. I never did anyway! Goodluck!

Hello....

Well I have been taking Hydroxycut, and not have had any problems sleeping, but was taking Metabolife prior to this so my body has become adjusted to it. I know they say that you should not take past 4pm I think. If you are having problems now with the Metabolift then maybe you should check out the Xenadrine EFX.
