20 pounds in a few weeks is a lot of weight, I used to be really over weight. Weighed 240, went to 165 within 4 months. I pretty much starved myself and did stupid things to lose that much weight. I ate only maybe 1000 calories a day, but on top of that I was weight training and doing cardio 7 days a week. It was a great feeling to not be fat for the first time in my life, but I got really sick by doing it that way. So make sure you're eating plenty of food, or before you know it, you'll be taking a trip to the hospital. BTW, good job on the weight loss.
