My main meal are about 300 sometimes over (I am very active so I burn most of it off)
My snacks can go close to 200 cals. depending how hungry I am.
My typical healthy diet puts me in the lower average end.
5-6 am First thing in the morning: Protein Shake
7am: Egg Tortilla topped with salsa sauce
10-11am: Protein Shake/Oatmeal & fruit
12-1 pm: Tuna or crab salad with some other type of meat, like chicken or steak for ex.
3pm: Cheese & yougurt, raw veggies & cheese or fruits and cheese or yogurt, rice cake topped with cream cheese, nuts etc....
5pm: Meat and lotsa of veggies
Evening snack: raw veggies,
cheese & crackers & pickles, fruit, I may even add another protein drink sometimes.
