Does anyone know if I were to do Slim Fast while on Xenical, would it just be really a bad idea, or would it be ok? I just need to lose a ton of weight, and I thought if I did Slim Fast while I was taking Xenical, it would be that much more effective. And I am also taking multi-vitamins, but I don't see how that makes any difference.

you could but dont need too theres not much fat in those shakes.

Sure, SlimFast doesn't have any stimulants or anything in it, it's just meal replacement...vitamins, carbs, low in fat. Go for it! I just bought some Dexatrim and SlimFast today, I want to drop 10 pounds before the pool parties start up again.

My thoughts, if you need to lose alot of weight you should be eating meals low in fat which should lower the need to use Xenical
