I was wondering if anyone has had success with ACV. Also, how much vinegar should one take, I've heard 2-3TBS in the morning, or 2-3TBS before each meal, after meals, etc... I don't know which one to go by.
I've also heard of apple pectin? What's the difference? Ah, too many questions!
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

ACV just makes you smell like a salad... it was really popular in the 70's and didn't do any good then either... <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif">
Apple pectin is a form of fiber, a soluble fiber and fiber is a good thing. Although too much of a good thing is bad over 50-60 grams of fiber a day can keep you from absorbing some nutrients... that is usually not a problem since the ave american diet only has about 12 gms of fiber a day and 25 is the recommended amount.
